1. Most of the products offered in our store are available for immediate delivery, shipping within 2 business days.
1. The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase contract within 10 days of the delivery. Day of delivery is determined by the bill of lading. Day of return is determined by the date of the returned items received at the www.schmer.pl warehouse or store.
2. Cancellation is possible only in the absence of any breaches or defects in the original packaging of ordered items.
3. Goods can not bear traces of use. In particular, traces of use are the traces of mounting tires and wheels, even if the assembly was made by the shop www.schmer.pl upon customer request.
4. Defective goods can not be returned unless a statement about the defect is written in the presence of the courier at the time of delivery and signed by him. This is why it is so important to inspect the goods in the presence of the courier.
5. In case of cancellation the customer returns the goods at their own expense to the address provided by GTR via mail or shipping company. Such a return must be accompanied by the receipt or invoice and also must contain accurate customer information, bank name and address and account number to which the money is to be refunded.
